Hi!
I just received my z30! Great device! It really is!
It's my first blackberry and i'm having some trouble with the sensors.
I know you already did several threads about how issue but my problem is a little bit different :
I have principally a problem with the light sensor and the proximity sensor as well + a red light on the left side of the speaker, making very difficult to make a call (overheating of the device and touch of buttons during a call) and the battery least 6-8 hours max!
I made an update and several reset and even some wipe, but worthless...
I tried with bbve and it seems find the peripherals but it fails the tests...
The only thing I noticed is that when I turn it off and on again, this red light disappear for a while and it comes back when you touch the screen or the screen block button or simply the network comes back.
Can someone help me with this problem? Did anyone already have the same problem? I tried to find solutions oh the net, but I didn't find a solution...
