Hi guys I just bought an unlocked z30 from China.
It has the above software 10.2.0.429 and I downloaded also the blackberry link but no matter what I do there is no software update which drives me crazy.
Need help please.

Thanks but unfortunately I am completely useless on PC . I did open the MEGA FILE but then....don't know what to do.

I'm assuming you've got to the Mega link; click on BB10, then 10.3.3, then 10.3.3.2163, then download the Z30_10.3.03.2163_STA100-1-2-3-4-5-6.7z file (the large one). Once that's done, extract (with 7-Zip or something that handles 7z archives) and then follow the first guide.
