Help me guys... I want to upgrade my Z10. I have a few choices but I would really like to stick with BB10. I can get a Z30 for 350$, unlocked, the Passport for 250$ with a carrier switch (not a big deal). The Priv is 410$ with a contract and 900$ unlocked. Maybe I should wait after the Mobile World Congress...

Well if you're I Canada, mobile plans are becoming more expensive so keep the plan you have if its good. Otherwise look in the crackberry marketplace for your next phone. Unlocked and used or buying an unlocked will always be better than new device+new contract.

Keep in mind that I'm in Canada, 350$ is the absolute lowest I've ever seen for a Z30. That is with the taxes and shipping and all...

The Passport seem nice, although I could only get the original passport for the 250$. I and would probably miss the keyboard of my Z10....

Just release a Z50 already !

If you are near a Staples in Canada many of the stores still have new unlocked Z30 for$ 249.
Interestingly the refurbished units are $269.
Websites might say that they are out of stock but actually go in and check. Our local store lists no stock online but I walked in and they had three available.

They are marked as clearance if in stock and you may want to confirm they aren't refurbs if available .

If you don't mind a refurbished one they are available online and Staples also has a 20 off of 200 coupon which is available so price works out the same..not sure what the warranty difference is between the two..myself I'd be doing some legwork to find a store that has new stock.

Yes,yes,yes and yes.

I do own both and although the z10 may feel better in your hand the z30 is a better device all around in all the areas you've mentioned.
