Hello all, this is prasad and I'm one of the proud owner of a Z30 recently bought. After numerous attempt I was able upgrade my OS to 10.3.1.1767. Most of the apps are working fine however couple of issues I noticed was
- unable to change the wall paper and back ground themes.
- unable to browse like how we do in android apps.
- is it possible to use android apps in BlackBerry Z 30?
- phone takes a while to switch from call mode to calling mode. You can hear the ring tone but the window will be still on the contacts page.

This should not happen. Can you please provide the steps on what exactly you are trying to do?

Yes

It's a known issue with 10.3.1. There are a lot of threads already discussing about this. People generally refer to it as "call lag issue".
