    I'm having issues with 10.2.1 that when I'm on a call and I get a text or email I don't notice that someone sent it to me why not

    Have you looked under your notification settings for "notify during calls"?

    It's working fine for me and everyone else I know. It's the least painful route for you. If you feel like spending hours doing troubleshooting and then maybe a security wipe, go for it. An update either ota or via link or sachesi takes a fraction of the time.

    The first thing you should try though is hold the up and down volume keys for 25 seconds. Ignore the screenshot and let us know if that sorts the problem.

    It doesn't help my phone is on vibrate and when I call someone and I get a email or text I don't know till I hang up

    Sorry, I'm out of suggestions. Maybe it doesn't do it if you're on vibrate.
