Hi! I need help. I have z30 stl 100-5 updated from 2368 to 798 via sachesi and was successful, however, I cannot anymore compose text messages. How can I troubleshoot this?

Please clarify why you can't compose...is the keyboard present? Does your text account show up in Hub and in Account settings? Can you receive texts?

Regardless start simple with a few things....try a hard reboot. Hold power button down for about 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears.

Reset your Hub. With hub open swipe diagonally down from top right corner about 4 times to reset Hub.

Use BBVE to troubleshoot your device screen.

Remove your Sim card and reinsert it.

If all of the above fail to shed any light you may need to reload your OS. Your installed files could be corrupted. There are more recent OS versions than what you updated to...any particular reason you didn't choose the latest update?

Hi lustiano! What's the latest on update? I'm totally unaware as my mobile provider doesn't anymore have lush updates for new os. Then I searched recently and found. 798. I can find my text messages in the hub, but when I press compose, it doesnt do anything. I reset, removed Sim, etc but still the same.. maybe I'll just install the latest one. Do you have a link? Thank you so much, I appreciate it!

You are bound to have issues because you downgraded from a higher OS to a lower OS using Sachesi
You can only upgrade with Sachesi. To downgrade, you use an autoloader.

Your present situation requires the use of an autoloader.

The most recent OS update is 10.3.2.2876
