I have a z30 it's about two weeks old and I just noticed the camera lens cover is missing. There's a recessed pocket where the lens and flash are. I'm sure there was a cover for this area. The lint from my pocket sticks where the glue for the cover was. I'm trying to find a way to contact BlackBerry to get a replacement cover. Any ideas. I've tried on line but I just find forums.

Just to make sure your device is damaged, the cover is a clear plastic piece that looks like two letter "D" back to back that sticks up about 1mm with the back cover of the Z30 removed:

Yes, it's definitely missing. Mine doesn't look like that. It's recessed about 1.5mm and the hole is oval.

Yeah, you need to contact where you got it for a warranty.
That's my problem, I bought it from BlackBerry.com and I can't find any way to contact them. Does any one know how to contact BlackBerry customer service.
