    Friends, My Z3 is not showing caller name while the call is being received. Once attended or missed the call it is displaying the name from address book correctly. Please advise if any settings needs to be changed.

    What OS are you running on your Z3 and did you load this OS yourself?

    OS came along with device only, recently there was an update received which I have installed, now running on 10.2.1.2977.

    Tried Vatsal's idea given for Z10 and worked for one call. Having made changes to Phone Address book settings like disabling the linkedin contacts, BBM contacts, BBM video contacts etc to minimize the load on Caller number to get identified. Z3 is now working fine and able to see the caller name when call is being received.

    Looks like still the issue is existing as only few callers names are being displayed and some are not displayed.Any Help is appreciated.
