    This morning, one of our Z10's stopped recognizing Sim cards. Not sure what to make of it. Got a new SIM from ATT, same problem. Afraid it might be a hardware issue. Anyone have any insight?

    Do security wipe of your device And check whether network get restored back on your device before jumping on hardware issue.

    Did a couple of reloads....still nothing. I have a feeling this is a hardware issue because someone put the sim in upside down. Are we just SOL?

    Could had been damaged. Can you see the contacts if they are alright ?

    To my untrained eye, it looks ok....that said, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for, and I'm not confident that I would immediately recognize if something was missing.

    Is there a way to repair the card reader if it is damaged?

    For sure there is a way, but it depends if it's worth repairing... cause i have no idea how much it would cost
