    helo this is me maryam.i buy a blackberry z10 from pakistan on august 9 2014 and now iam in Usa.iam an exchange student and my cell is creating so many problems .i bought it brand new and it stops working and shut down automatically.tell me what should i do now it is creating this problem from 20 august.my email is [email protected] please help me and send me mail what should i do.iam in muskegon michigan

    Could you give us more information like your device model number and OS? It can all be found by going to Settings > About.
