When I try to click any app on BlackBerry World I get a message saying 'SSL handshake failed', any ideas how to fix this, I am on Z10. Also, I can't access twitter due to it not being a trusted site, any ideas on how to fix this. My Amazon Kindle app won't access the Internet either so can't buy books...any help on any of these issues would be massively appreciated. Thanks alot in advance

Hi, which OS are you running, this failed connection, is this happening on your 3G or wifi connection?

Hmm could be related to SSL vulnerabilities recently discovered codenamed "poodle". Lots of websites and services are turning off SSL and switching to TLS.

If this is happening on both connections, I would try a security wipe. This should resolve any issues.

Make sure to create a full backup first.
