I am new BlackBerry z10 user and since new update 10.2.1.3245 my z10 shut down at 30% battery level plz help me how to get rid of from this issue.

All you need to do is this:
Once it goes off like that, remove the battery for about one hour, put it back and charge it till its full. Then you are good.
Always remember to always charge it before it goes down below 40% to be on a safe side.
And the issue is known with the Z10 especially the STL100-1.

I've done that and I still have the same problem with my Z10 stl 100-2 but only at 15%

It's a calibration issue and there's a lot of tricks in here that people have been doing over time. But all in all, the issue keeps coming back. So my only advice is to never let your battery go down below 40% before charging it and always let it fully charge.
