    Hi,
    My Z10 was not turning on. I gave to Bangalore,cunningham road service centre on 8th july, i was told there was a hardware problem and i would be getting a replacement in 25 days. But I have got no replacement till now(they say its outta stock). Doesn't blackberry have any kind of policy stating they would do the replacement by any given timeframe?

    that's crazy. I would think you would have to contact the service center and get a number for the blackberry center they deal with. You need to advocate by calling.
