Z10 problems .

1.Phone gets restarted for no reason. And the phone gets heated for no reason.

2. When i connect my phone to car Bluetooth to play music, the music player hangs after playing one or two music or when i select a music to play. Even after i disconnect the Bluetooth the music player won't work. I have to restart my phone.

3. When i try to save a contact.. when i hit the save option nothing happens. It just stops there. I have to close the application. Then about 10 to 15 minutes later the contact will be saved.

4. My browser is getting stuck while im scrolling. I have to minimise and try again t scroll, then it works.

5. My os is 10.3.1.1779. Stl 001. What might be the problem. I'm fed up. Some applications even in the blackberry world is not working.

Very poor support and development. This is my first BlackBerry experience. My first BlackBerry phone.

I love the keyboard. Gesture and interface. The hub. But... lots of problems.

Sounds like a bad install with all those issues. Could even be the OS, is it your carrier official?

Yeah my carrier is officcial. Some other problems are most of the app don't work on mobile network. Only on wifi. For example you tube downloader won't work on 3g+, only on wifi. Online banking app won't work on network, only on wifi.

You can use official BlackBerry site,use Internet Explorer, connect your phone through cable and update software

On desktop blackberry software when you open this software after that you will see "preference" word on right side of top corner and click on that where you will see reload device software option and click

Will i loose any data if i do that. Do i have to backup.?
I have both link and blend on my laptop.

Use link or other apps like backup pro/ ultimate backup to backup all data before you reload.

Would be best though to only restore contacts and data than to restore everything with link. It could reintroduce the problems you again experiencing now.

There's definitely a reason, and one of it must be the signal strength of your carrier. If you're on a low-coverage area without Wi-Fi, your device struggles to acquire a stronger signal from your carrier.

Do backup only through BlackBerry Link... it is advisable to get only contacts backup otherwise all your problems will continue when you restore your backup after reload the software... Best of luck...
