    I have a z10 and when i put the battery on it automatially power on and didn't comes up and turn off, what is the problem?

    I'm not sure I understand your question.

    When you insert a battery in any BlackBerry phone after the battery has been out, the phone will automatically power up; that's what's supposed to happen. Please clarify the remaining part of your question so we can help you.
