Hello,
I've acquired a bluetooth earphone Plantronics Voyager EDGE and pairing with my Z10 is ok, when I want to make a call everything is fine, but when I receive a call, and when I answer (I hear the ringing tone in my ear) the call is tranferred to my Z10, there I need to select the option to retransfer the sound of the call to my EDGE, everytime....
I deleted the EDGE of the bluetooth connections screen, and repaired and the problem is back....
It's my 3rd earphone with the Z10 and first time a problem...
How to solve the problem?

Have you been able to solve this issue? I'm not sure anyone understands what is exactly wrong?

I think if you want it to go directly to your bluetooth then you have to answer the calls on your bluetooth not on your phone
