I'm not sure about Amazon devices but with shop Blackberry devices they have received the new 10.3.2.2339 update. I would say take your Sim card out and check for the update again. Do a restart after the sim has been taken out.

Maybe your carrier sim is stopping you from updating hope this helps

What you can do is to backup your data and settings to BlackBerry Link, then reload your OS. See how that goes.

Hi I have blackberry z10 STL100-1 and software is 10.3.1.1779. I brought it from South Africa and currently I am in Pakistan. Many things when I download it gets but when goes on installing so says on 100% installing device storage is not enough delete some files but I have 9.5 Gb free memory and 7.5 Gb free memory of memory card please help me with this. 2nd, how I can do Hotspot shield on my phone.
