z10 not switching on

My z10 is not switching on. it is an stl-100. I tried a battery pull no LED indicator. when it does turn on the battery is full. ive tried to load a new os with the autoloader, it loaded and worked for a bit and then switched off again. i do not know what the problem is now

Could be a bad connection between the battery and the phone. Send it in for repair, that's the only thing I can come up with.
