    Just bought a z10 from craigslist

    Guy told me phone was unlocked for verizon

    Has latest software

    Can make calls with wifi. When I turn wifi off its at 1x switched to 3g for a few second attempt to make a call then it says no network. Any suggestions thanks

    Have you gotten a data plan with Verizon? Have they registered your phone on their network? Have you called them and asked why it is not seeing the mobile network?

    Under settings, you you toggled on mobile network and data services?

    If you are making calls on wifi, it's not Verizon. T-Mobile is the only carrier I know of that has wifi calling.
