    My z10 font size changes automatically on its own as if it's possessed. I am look information on my screen as a result. As well the screen will not change when I rotate the phone. Can someone help?

    Start simple...

    Hard reset first by holding power button down until red led flashes and boot logo reappears.

    Check Accessibility in settings to make sure magnify isn't ON.
    Make sure rotation lock isn't enabled.
    Make sure you haven't any apps running in background which control screen settings.

    If all check OK then reload or update your OS.

    Well the rotation lock was on so corrected that. Because the font is so large I can't scroll down to the bottom for the access ability feature is. The screen will not rotate in the settlement mode. I noticed on my z30 as well it will not rotate. Any ideas on how to access?

    Try the hard reset. It should correct to standard size. Then go in and disable accessibility features if they are set.

    Yes I did that. I have now found if I pinch the screen it corrects the problem temporarily. So I guess that's better than nothing. Thanks so much for taking the time to help. I really appreciate it. Cheers

    Sounds like you are in magnify mode...that can be disabled in Accessibility.
