Z10 I wasn't able to make my number private.

When I turned off my "SHOW MY NUMBER " on my Z10 I can't able to cll..
It shows "turn on show my number"..
So, I am not able to private my number..
I am from India..

Plzzz help.. how yo fix this...

Service depends on your carrier. Check with them.

Costs sth (carrier dependant) or it is forbidden in your country to make anonymous calls

Truth be told, hiding your number only hides the number from display. I've had several instances where someone calls me and my phone indicates unknown number but my Bluetooth headset announces the number that the call is coming from.

This is blocked by Indian government.
To enable this you need to get special permission from police commissioner. And submit noc from police to your carrier. And with non refundable amount of approx 5k.....
