    My z10 is getting heat up with a normal use only and it is draining battery too fast just giving me.a backup of 3-4 hrs. Please help me to get out of this issue

    Do you have a lot of android apps , try a hard reset.

    how to do a hard reset........and i have onlly 4 or 5 android apps.

    Hold the power button till the phone powers down completely. Continue to hold power button till phone starts up again and gets to the blue percentage screen.

    Well some of them can cause problems.

    Hard rest, hold you volume up and down buttons in for 25 second or until you see the blue loading circle. If you have a stl100-1 use the power button.

    BlackBerry is a better experience.

    No, it doesn't. It completely closes apps anyway. It's different from the security wipe (even though that won't take you back to 10.0 either)
