I have Z10 stl100-1 updated with 10.2.1.2977 latest I don't know but my cell battery heating up while 3g or low network area within 1 hour my cell battery will dead while airplane mode it works fine what should I do please help or I Throw this cell and buy a android device.

You need to reload your OS.
There is something running in the background that is compromising your device. It happened to me. Reload an OS and DO NOT RESTORE settings and files. It will stop overheating and then the battery will not drain on you.............

Reload your OS.

I had this with a Z10 last month, same model, same OS.
You could charge it full, within 5 minutes it would 0% on the battery but would run for while.
Other oddities occurred, reloading resolve all concerns.

I just actioned via Link.
Backup as required prior, reload and restore as needed.
