    my blackberry z10 doesnt boot up. I dont have any backup of my contacts . my question is what should i do to make my phone work and save my contacts.
    Now i cant take backup as its not turning on.

    What happens if you remove your battery and put it back in? It still doesn't boot? Are your contacts in am email account like Yahoo or Gmail? You could sync them to your phone again after you reload the OS.
