Check for all possible apps that are running and don't place your phone on a hot surface or room coz it absorbs the heat and drains the battery like a vaccuum. Learned that coz it also happened to me before.

Hi to u all.I just bought my self a blackberry z10 and I noticed that when I use it it gets hot on the back,sides and screen a week later it was alright.I played Tutti bugs and the screen started to get warm (It's normal I know when playing games for a long time).The strange thing was that when I login Facebook the phone started to heat up again on the sides and the back....anyone having this issue?
