    Pls I need help. My BlackBerry Z10 front camera always black out whenever I wants to switch from the rear camera.
    Please is there any form of solution? I need help on this issue.
    Anyone who has encountered this kind of problem should please tell me how to solve the problem.

    You should have the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app installed. Run a diagnostic with it.

    If it's not there, get it from BlackBerry World.
