    I dropped my Z10 in the shower with the case.. took it out immediately .. wiped it off. device tried to start but didn't go further. I tool the battery out.. little water I found under the battery .. I wiped it off and tried put it back own the device ..no luck ..now I have taken the battery and SIM out. any suggestion please.

    Sadly, you did pretty much everything wrong since you did dropped it, so it might be dead. Go buy some white rice, put it in a snap lid container and bury your device in it overnight. The rice will soak out any remaining moisture but your taking the battery out and putting it back in likely shorted something out. Should have never put it back in an attempted to turn it on after getting it wet.

    Never put the battery back in the phone until you know for sure the phone is dry. Now take the battery out and wait few days before trying again. Or rake it apart and dry it with a hair dryer. Z10 is very easy to take apart list of YouTube videos online.

    Good opportunity to pick up a Z30. I broke my wife's Z10 screen, but the good news is that the company that runs the device protection plan didn't have any z10s in stock, so they gave her a Z30.
