    My Z10 can't start after red light flashed and showed "blackberry"on screen. I tried to insert a battery in full charge and also tried start it up by A/C charger, but no luck. Please help

    Have you loaded a leaked OS or anything that may have gotten corrupted during the installation?

    Hi,
    I didn't install leaked OS...now, I just want to boot it up then save the files since I enabled the encryption on SDcard, any idea?

    The Z10 device should able to boot up by charger without insert a battery, right?

    My Z10 does not boot up when just the charger is connected.
