Z10, STL100-3, unlocked, unsupported, on T-Mo, allowed me to update to 10.3.3 1463. Since the update, I can't send (but can receive) text messages.

Should I use another OS, if so, what's the best way to upload?

Were you on Wi-Fi Calling at any point? I've had the general problem where I would be on Wi-Fi Calling, send out a txt, it would work /once/, then after that, txt'ing would fail in both Wi-Fi Calling and Cell Network. The only solution I found was to Restart and set Wi-Fi Calling to Cell Preferred, which always sends txt over cell.

Wi-Fi calling is not supported by T-Mo. They sent me a hotspot to compensate. But, I set it to Cell-Preferred and restarted . . . Now, I can text.

Wi-Fi Calling does work on T-Mobile, especially the Z10 and Q10, because T-Mobile sold those devices. They've since allowed all BB10 devices to have Wi-Fi Calling. The only issue is usually getting the Wi-Fi Calling app, which needs to be sideloaded if you don't have a Z10 or Q10.

As of 10.3.2.X, I've only been able to talk over Wi-Fi Calling. Txt'ing doesn't work properly and Voice Mail is delayed until the phone reconnects with the cell network.
