    Hi. I want to give my Z10 to a friend. However, when she tries to setup the phone it wont connect to the internet/wifi. It gives the same error message " unable to connect to the Internet, please check your settings.." This happens with her sim, with another sim, without a sim and with different wifi routers. Blackberry link also gives a message that it can not connect with the phone..Can anyone give advice please?
