I just bought my new z10 did an upgrade from torch 9800 but now after buying the phone my cellphone carrier offered a software update but now after installing update my battery only lasts 5hours on a full charge which is very annoying because I use my phone a lot through the day and very much love the new os 10 but this battery problem is frustrating even tried factory reset it didn't work any ideas on how to correct this?

Best thing to do is get an extended battery for the Z10. You cant use a traditional cover because it makes phone larger but my battery lasts 24 hours

Do this and it will help.And do it exactly the way it says and don't freak out if your phone take a lot of time to charge over 0%.You might feel it's stuck or something like,trust me it's not.Just leave your phone connected to your pc or laptop and watch 3movies back to back.And don't use your phone while it's charging.

i am facing the same problem on my q10 same version of OS. did u solve it?
