    I am using Z10 with OS 10.2.1.2977, the device is 4 weeks old.
    With normal use devices goes from 100% to 20% within four hours, implying that the device needs to be recharged at least twice a day. This is PAINFUL.

    Upon checking (through Device Monitor), it has been seen that even when BBM is not in use BBM eats maximum resources. BBM consumes half the memory (RAM and INTERNAL) implying that it consumes a lot of battery.

    Can someone help me to switch off BBM, it would save a lot of battery.
    Looking forward to some tips.

    BBM subsuming RAM doesn't mean that it is consuming battery.
