    This week my battery life is draining so fast even if I don't use apps. How can I resolve this?

    Soft boots usually sort this out sometimes. And since it technically doesn't do any harm, you should do it once in a while.
    Hold the two volume buttons till the phone goes off. Ignore the screenshot notification that appears.

    Does it restart? If it is restart then it doesn't work in my phone how to soft boot?

    When ur not using ur z10 turn off ur data it will only use like 1% every 2 hrs with ur data off u will still be able to txt and call
