Z 10 Battery life.

Hi guys, Blackberry Z 10 is my first smart phone. my previous phone was nokia 1100. I am not a big gamer or deep surfer to be in circle erveryday also I didnt expect my phone to be have more than 35-45% battery at end of the day. But as i started using Blackberry z 10 i am charging my phone twice a day. I am not interested to by battery bank and charging my phone when it drains it may be best, but i need my phone to be performing good in heavy usage. Can i use battery with capacity of 2680mAh for my BlackBerry Z10 ?In india markets i can get plenty of batteries with high capacity. kindly clarify it. will my mobile performance be slowed by using this kindly of high capacity battery.

A z10 will not last long under heavy usage. Battery, if the size is the same then don't waste your money. Buy a bigger battery that comes with bigger back plate. That will give you more usage but you will loose nfc. PS there are enough topics on battery life for the z10, try the search option. That way you will find information about extended battery and performance.

The battery life is the only draw back to the Z10 in my opinion. Mine rocks hard 24-7 I do carry a power bank what you may find works best for you is to carry a second fully charged stock battery to switch out when you run the first on down to 10%. What OS are you running? Also how long have you had it because if it is new it will take a little time to settle in. As stated by backfire 101 there is a lot of info on this subject. Last thing check the brightness on your display if it is all the way up adjust it to a level you are comfortable with and if you are running WiFi & NFC when they are not in use that will eat up battery life as well. Guys, in ebay venom is the battery available with 2800 mah size. Is that suggested by my friends. Can I use, will that make my blackberry z10 slow in performance.
