    The "pre-installed YouTube app" is only the browser being opened on YouTube.com. Some videos offer an HQ button which can be found BEFORE playing a video, but it only extends up to 360p.

    If you want to go further up to 720p, I use an app called SuperTube which is available on BlackBerry World.
