    Hi,

    Anyone have a solution for this? I had it when I upgraded to .3175 and it still pops up on 10.3.0.296. Please help, cuz even when I log out and delete the app it still pops up.

    tested it once on... 296, deleted it, then i got the warning every day.

    Now i am on .700 and restored back-up, i still had the error.

    the funny thing is that i re-installed candid. Recovered my password. and still have to see this error... so... no fix... yet...

    I get this too. So annoying. I can't understand why my devices are like this. I have this problem on my BlackBerry Z10. On my Galaxy Note 8 I have another problem where S Planner keeps giving me notifications of a year old Outlook calendar event. Just can't find a fix to either of them.

    I'm blaming candid. I went into bbworld and reinstalled then chose "delete" versus uninstall, I saw in my application manager candid still had some service running before, even after the uninstall... maybe the delete will keep it away.

    I'm using the Passport now - same thing.
    Maybe I shouldn't have restored data from my Z30. Going to try backing up everything and restoring everything BUT applications. I hope this is possible.

    That is the only thing I can think of is that the backup from my z10 to z30 corrupted my stuff. I sent the developer an email yesterday.

    I have never even heard of Candids and don't even have Candid as far as I am aware, and yet I get this stupid, annoying message to update my Candid acct and password reminder every day. how can Blackberry allow this unauthorized intrusion? How do I stop these reminders/messages?

    I'm having issues with Candid in HUB... it takes forever to load the message in Hub...it's freezing

    Okay, I'm happy to report that this worked for me. Haven't seen the damn error in 3 days. Try it and report back.

    Has anyone else been successful in removing this annoying notification. I tried restoring my phone without applications and I am still receiving annoying notifications.

    Also, I noticed this problem when I started using my new Z30. I did not have this problem when I was using my Z10.

    You're not going to like this but you'll need to reinstall your Is and not use your back up. You most likely have a corrupted profile. I had to do that and rebuild my phone profile from scratch. I would back up your phone before you download any apps so you have a virgin profile for future use if you are in that situation again.

    That sounds too painful vs deleting this stupid daily message. Lose contacts, duplicate contacts, entering all new passwords for my email accts, etc..Blackberry makes swapping devices or re-installing the OS a nightmare.

    Maybe I should just install Candid and let it sit idle? I don't even know what Candid is! I never installed this in the first place.

    I hear you. I took it as an opportunity to clean out my phone. But that's just me. Have you considered installing 10.3.1.1154 OS. I'm not sure if it'll work but it's worth a try.

    BlackBerry indicated February but because of carrier roll outs it could be longer. I installed the leaked version. If you search the forum you can find a link. My buddy had a copy of the Autoloader which ended up working for me.

    Where is a link to the autoloader? In the interim, I installed candid. Maybe it's an ok program? (not sure if that will fix it.)

    If you go to the forum " Can I Upgrade my Z30 to OS10.3.1" you'll find a lot of people who know more about up grading than what I could possibly assist you with.

    I got the same problem. This app was promoted by CB i think which is why I gave it a try. Now I'm stuck with these notifications. How does BlackBerry allow this crap on their site?

    The developer says it's on the BlackBerry side but there are other programs that use notifications features and do not have any problems like this. I think BlackBerry should tell these guys to fix their program or get out of BlackBerry World.

    It's always easier to, blame someone else. In my field of work we get. Blamed all the time and waste tons of time having to prove we aren't at fault.
