    i can send my files to other devices and connect to laptop through bluetooth but i cannot receive any type of files from other mobile phones or other devices.

    Try to remove your Micro SD card. Or, format your micro sd card to slate clean. Format it from the phone (if it's possible).
    I don't have any clue why, but apparently after removing SD card, I can receive files. I think it has something to do with the OS. It looks like microSD card role as the storage for store files from bluetooth but seems the phone "get confused" where to put the files either microSD or device storage. Maybe some bugs.
