I would like to know, how can I connect with my Xbox one, my game console finds my BlackBerry Passport but can't find any files why?

The only thing the Xbox One could recoginze would be an SD Card in your device, and even than it has to have been formatted to be used with the Xbox One.

I know I used to use my Q10 to transfer data to my Xbox 360. However it was only via the SD Card, and I had partitioned off a small 5GB section of the SD Card just for that purpose.

And when you connect your Passport to the X1, does it pop up the option on your device to allow SD access? Have you also enabled mass storage mode?

I think windows 10 will help but bb10 doubtful unless devs get involved (hint) thx
