    Hi Everybody,

    like the subject is stating we have an Ipad which we connected to our BES10 server through work connect.
    the work space itself is working fine but as soon as we use the mail client and try to sync manually the app is closing down to the home screen without any message.
    after this we can go to work connect and we have to enter the work space password, to have the same issue all over again.
    the weird thing is when the Ipad is in airplane mode everything is working perfect except we don't receive any new emails.

    ipad is running on IOS 7.1.2.
    work connect is version 1.0.11873.150 (as far as I can see it is the most current version according to the app store)

    did anyone came across this issue?
    and better yet does anybody has a solution (besides stop using an Ipad )?

    Have you restarted both devices? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the software on the iPad?
