    Hi guys....I really need help. My BlackBerry Z10 has refused to connect to my home wireless network. I have tried everything I know and it has refused. This problem has persisted for two days now.
    Please, I need help urgently.

    I don't know the answers to most of what you have said but it does not even see the network. I have entered the ID of the network plus the password but it times out when saying "Attempting to connect"

    The router settings are on the computer the internet modem has been connected to?

    You should really read the instructions. Some routers have a limit on how many devices you can connect. It sounds like you should have someone with more knowledge to drop by and help you

    @ reboker It connected fine before yesterday,and there have been no additions to the number of devices connected to our router

    @mtaylor I don't know if this will be of any help but my brother changed the wifi password also....but what I am using now to try and connect to the network manually is the new password
