I am an avid Classic user and although I own the Dtek 50 and will probably purchase the new Keyone I was hoping Blackberry would consider building another OS System phone as the Classic is the best phone out there.

OS System Phone ???
If you mean BB10 OS...
"As much I hate to say it, it's just not going to happen. BlackBerry is clearly out of the hardware game now, and BlackBerry Mobile is manufacturing Android phones. Getting angry and holding out for more BlackBerry 10 phones isn't going to help make it happen, so my suggestion for those who love BlackBerry is to start getting excited about your next BlackBerry being Android powered. You're just going to be stewing and angry for a long time if you hold out hope - it's less painful to treat BlackBerry 10 as an end of life product at this point." -- CrackBerry Kevin

Seriously doubt anyone will try to market another mobile OS in the near future. There is just too much inertia behind a single dominant OS. No matter how good an alternate OS is it would have to have new capabilities that the accepted one does not have in order for anyone to even consider using it.
BlackBerry should keep working on improving their Android HUB and not another BlackBerry 10.

I'd LOVE to see it, but I'm not holding my breath. Our business is currently looking for ways to migrate away from BB10, and maintain the same security, privacy, and functionality we have on BB10. Despite what many on this forum would have you believe, it's much easier said than done.

I think if BB10 had more app devlopment done by app developers we would see another os, but the lack of apps probably deterred most mainstream consumers from switching / using
And the lack of users deterred app developers from creating anything for BB10. It's a vicious circle.
Only if someone invents a time machine and can go back to 2006 and convince BlackBerry they need to start working on their next gen OS and it needs to release in 2009 or at the latest mid 2010. In 2013 the timeframe to launch a new OS had long past, now in 2017 - it is gone.
