    original que. great site, use it often, my wife's q5 lost all but 1, contact text message history. ...the lost texts from our son.

    Will this keep happening, that there will only be 2 days of text memory.

    Possibly. I have not used sms for anything other than sending message to manager saying I'm heading out front for a smoke. And that would have been well over 3 years ago now. But I would never never never leave ANYTHING important to SMS. I could care less of the actual message, but if it is important in the least, email it.

    Just an FYI, some people manage to have SMS from years gone past, some people manage to lose them after hours. Take it for what it is.
