    I had downloaded the initial 10.3 OS. but my Z10 wouldn't "do" some of the features.
    The recommendation was to backup my data and re-load the O.S. - I did that but I didn't realize Blackberry had pulled the 10.3.
    I was forced to reload 10.2.1 and my backed up data was NOT compatible. Will the "fixed" version of 10.3 be able to restore the data I had saved before the plug was pulled? If not, what are my options?

    Yes, the saved 10.3 backup will work on the newest OS....load 2558 found here and restore.
