As far as I know, LTE in India is TD-LTE, so no.

The Priv and DTEK50 have that capability, though.

Some Indian carrier(s) also have a band 3 4G network, so if you have that carrier and live in a band 3 circle (market,) you could get 4G with a Z10 -2.

BTW, what does "BBM locked" mean?

Yaa... it works I'm having the same phone here in India. I am using 4g on airtel. The only thing is BBM is not working and you won't be able to make use of BlackBerry Protect.

@thurask no BBM and no BlackBerry Protect. Considering the scale on which such phones are sold, what could these two things be symptomatic of? I was thinking a PIN block, but that would extend beyond disabled BBM and Protect, right?

All this BBM locked stuff gives me the impression these weren't exactly purchased by the seller.

Indian roads are dangerous. Stuff falls off the back of trucks all the time.

But wouldn't there be more than just BBM and Protect disabled--App World, for one?

I guess what I'm saying is that there isn't anything else that could disable just BBM and BB Protect? The only other thing I could think of was a tailored BES policy but that wouldn't make sense given the numbers these phones are sold in.
