I have a z10, model number STL100-1, software release 10.2.1.2102. I noticed my wifi no longer works and all my saved wireless networks have been deleted. When I switch my wifi on, it doesn't detect any network around, doesn't even show it's scanning for any. when I try to add a network manually,it doesn't save it. I've pulled the battery, made sure mobile hotspot and Internet teetering were off, finally had to do a factory reset still the same. This is been going on close to 3weeks and all my other devices can at least find 5 networks around without connecting, my z10 can't even detect 1 network. it Detects network that was not shown in other devices.

I tried to reload my device and i successfully reloaded again same problem.

yesterday i got the latest software update 10.2.1.2941 and i installed again same problem

Not sure if what I'm saying here make sense. But my device password setting is not showing the correct situation.

So, maybe the wifi is not really on.
You have installed an app that saves battery that turns off radio but forget the status button? Normally it is active when the batt level goes below 30%.
    Just a wild guess.

It's a known issue that has yet to be resolved. It should at least detect the WIFI though. You could go back and have it replaced and see if another Z10 does the job. Also try to reset the router.

I wish I could help you more, but if you search the forums for WiFi issues, you'll see there are many people with a Z10, I am one of them, who face this issue. Good luck.
