    i am using blackberry z3 .. having problems with the internet ... it gets connected to the wifi but when i tried to surf it shows errors ... even my whatsapp is also not working properly because of the internet connectivity problem !! need help immediately !! rply ASAP !!

    Seems your isp is having some problems, please check with them.

    Try a different wi-fi if possible. Power cycle the modem and router if possible.

    turn of data services and connect to the wifi.. check if there's a BlackBerry sign besides the wifi signal reception sign...

    if it's not there, then there something wrong with the wifi..

    if its there.. then there's nothing wrong with the internet connection at least.
