Wifi direct is only BlackBerry to BlackBerry file transfer

I have z3 I unable to send and receive files, it connects but no file transfer, what can I do?

BlackBerry Z3 running 10.3.1.1779

Install Dukto on both devices and try with that? It's not WiFi Direct, but comes close when using one phone as a hotspot and connecting with the other to the hotspot, before running Dukto. It's the closest you'll get.
