A user's DTEK 50 (running Android 6.0.1) has changed the display font for emails in hub to a curly 'handwritten' script style font. This is super bizarre as, to the best of my knowledge, there's no obvious way to change fonts on this device on purpose.

User has loaded various apps of their own volition, but it's curious that they'd have any ripple effect.

Not sure, but I've had that happen to a few different devices.

    For example:

    • Visiting a Chinese website caused Chrome on my computer to show everything in Chinese and what it couldn't display in Chinese it replaced with little squares as if the font was missing.
    • Similar also happened on BlackBerry 10 with the web browser as well.

Given the Hub is essentially bringing some stuff in via a webUI maybe similar stuff is happening there. If you can't find the root of it, a reset will certainly fix it, even though that might a last resort thing.

(OP) - Thanks, yeah, a language-related glitch sorta makes sense, the user is a Chinese speaker and occasionally browses Chinese websites... which doesn't bode too well for a reset sticking and preventing it from happening again, but I'll give it a shot.
