SO wait. You have a carrier and you can't make phone calls? You need to make sure you have a data plan and service.
Was it ever able to make calls? Is this a new phone? Did you switch carriers?

A lot of people have stated that mm6 was a reported lost or stolen device. I usually see on services that were provided new Sims in upgraded hardware. The Sims were sent preactive sims but barred from service forcing the owner to call in and have the blocks removed.
