    We have 2 Z10s
    one updated quickly & successfully
    one installs until the blue circle is almost complete, doesn't complete
    tried removing battery & tried again - no success
    I get a message that an updat is available
    same result
    Any suggestions or solutions?

    If it is not updating for you, why not update it yourself with an autoloader?
    Get the files from herehttp://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...oaders-995995/

    Download the files, unzip, close Link, cable up to your PC and click the exe.
